I was part of the classes of med central.... when asu bought med central and I have to say that every student that was trasfered there was treated differently. There were great professors that lost their job over this and it wasn't right. Then they(ASU) wanted to double if not triple my tuition!!! ...but its your choice...for me to be in debt forever...You are not a great university...your a scam!!!! I absolutely HATE this school. They HATE people of collar and question their knoweledge, so I had to take EACH TEST TWICE to prove that I know the staff. Only 1st time was counted toward the grade. Professor is very UNPROFESSIONAL they have no problem to tell student ""I do not think that you should be the nurse" even so I did NOT ask for their opinion. My clinical instructor was abusing me, she yelled at me because I was not able to respond, so when she was in bad mood we all was scared. I cry to... I had to leave school in last semester, because my clinical instructor was trying to fail me, she was not letting me to practice any of my skills.

The professors at the college offer little to no help in writing your capstone project. You will spend thousands of dollars retaking a one credit hour class because none of the professors actually know how the process works. It is painful to go through classes only to watching YouTube videos (20-30 per week) to learn how to become FNP's. There are no powerpoint, lectures or EFFORT in any of the courses. Each student receives a different answer from professors and things are explained last minute.... I highly recommend Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio. Intensive classes during the summers allow for us to live on campus to attend classes that last one week each through the hours of approximately 9am-3pm, with breaks throughout the day. The MAHG program is designed for the benefit of our professional teaching lives, as most MAHG students are public and/or private secondary school Educators. MAHG classes focus on what to teach for Social Studies and English, not how to teach the subjects and content. One aspect I love about Ashand University MAHG Program is that we are invited to take the first class for free to get the best understanding of the intensive program and what is expected from us as students. So far, In live online classes that meet no more than twice a week and one-week classes in the summer, I have learned more through the MAHG program that I did during an entire semester of Social Studies classes during my undergraduate education.

I like MBA Graduate programs because it gives me an opportunity to become a better me. I will improve myself and make me more marketable on the Job. The Diversified courses that are taught will make me relevant in practically all career areas from the service industry such as Restaurants to Financial industry- Banking and Insurance, to Manufacturing and indeed Education. On the flip side, I do not honestly see any disadvantage of being in Graduate school. The most important thing for me is that I will be a better me at the end of the day.

One of the things that I like best about Ashland's graduate program is that it offers hybrid classes instead of simply giving online only, or class only options. These hybrid classes meet in person three or four times for the duration of the class while the primary workload is given online. These classes are able to give the personal touch I desire in my classes without inconveniencing my busy schedule with weekly in-person sessions. To be able to take my in-person classes in Stark county, where I live, rather than needing to drive to Ashland's main campus for every class really eases the burden of graduate school. If I had to name a con, I would say that the workload has been pretty heavy, although I believe that is to be expected with graduate classes. Other than this, I have to say my experience with Ashland has been exceptional.
