Overall I have had wonderful experience with Excelsior. I have been enrolled for a few years and it has been very flexible with my military career. Others have stated that they have had issues with Military TA but I have not had any issues personally. Additionally, instructors and advisors have always been easy for me to get in contact with. Due to my instructors lack of communication and teaching skills I am no longer going to be going to Antioch. My experience has been amazing from the very beginning. My Enrollment Counselor, S.S., was beyond helpful and amazing to work with. My Academic Advisor, M.G. is very helpful and always answers any question I manage to come up with. I would just like to correct the post about Purdue University Global only maxing out Federal Aid, as the Associate Degree programs have a tuition cap of $22,500, and the Bachelor's Degree programs are capped at $45,000.00. I think that people have this idea that online learning is easy, and that students are given questions that google can answer. I just want to clarify that this is not the case at all. Nearly all of the work you are required to do, consists of papers and presentations that are all put through Turnitin analysis, where any score of 25% or more is an automatic fail, and subject to a plagiarism investigation and potential expulsion.
It is not an easy accomplishment and anyone who earns a degree from Purdue University Global should be taken seriously in circles of industry and academia.
Like any school, however, there are some areas that could improve, and for Purdue University Global, it would be in how communicative and informative advisors are. They should give much more information prior to students having to search or ask, and they should definitely make decisions about the student's academic path with the students and not for them. Other than that, I had a very positive and rewarding experience.

I am in my final class at IWU earning my BSM degree online. My advisor has been great from start to finish as has all the other support staff. I started with an AAS degree and all of my classes transferred which was great. Courses are faced paced (5 week courses) and do require good time management, but it can be done if you are determined. I personally feel as if the program is not a superb value. The online program consists of five week courses one after another and it is very difficult to learn anything in that amount of time. The technology is poor and not at all Apple friendly; the technology has caused major issues throughout each course.
