I started at Chamberlain University in September after specifically asking my advisor whether I would have any out-of-pocket expenses. I was assured that I would not have to pay anything out of pocket because my financial aid and scholarship would cover the costs. Based on that information, I made the decision to enroll. When I checked my student portal last month, I was told that my financial aid funds had not been disbursed yet, so I waited. Now it's October, and I'm seeing a balance of approximately... Read More

I am a graduate of Chamberlain Chicago. It's a professional school, but guys - it is so expensive. As a nurse, you work so hard for your paycheck - difficult work! I establish this because for how hard I am working - I have to write off chunks of it to pay for bills and this schoolingl
Go to a community school, get your Associates, and then have a hospital pay for continued schooling. That is SO much wiser financially. I am still paying large unfortunate chunks of my hard-earned paycheck for this... Read More

I for one do not like online course but since starting at Chamberlin University online nursing program, my mind has changed. How Chamberlain supports you and set up the course work to help students succeed really makes a difference. Truly can accomplish your goal if you’re willing to put in the work for it. I wouldn’t say courses are easy but you definitely feel supported and given opportunities to improve in areas that may be difficult. It’s a good school based off of my experiences.

Chamberlain University has been a rewarding and meaningful experience in my process to pursue becoming a nurse. Being a student trying to handle school, work, and family, I really like the degree of flexibility in online learning. I found it very straightforward to follow that course structure, each week a module and discussion posts, along with homework, etc., to help me stay organized and focused on my studies. Having this consistency has helped me to gain better time management and study habits.... Read More

This school is all about business, they don’t care about their students. I regret that I wasted my time going to this school. Your final grades are only depends on your exams, everything else they don’t counts but you have to do them. I wasn’t sign up for this, they forced people to take classes that you don’t need. The only is not flexible, they give you the time that you have to take the exams and if you’re not available, they fail you for it.

My problem has been with the finance department. There is one number and you can’t speak to anyone consistently. You have to explain the issue every time. They open case tickets to help and then resolve them without actually helping. I have a 4.0 average and I owe about 10 k. I’m having issues with the school and FAFSA they put a hold on me until I get my balance to 1,500. I can’t come up with that money. When I call 90% of them are unfriendly have attitude and don’t care. I’m considering a different... Read More

This is the most expensive nursing program in the state of Texas, with a tuition cost of approximately $90,000. Everyone who goes here ends up failing the NCLEX! The school was put on probation. This school thinks nursing is a joke so the teachers make you do edapt to teach yourself and NEVER teach in class. They said ATI was too expensive so they kept changing our course work. Instead of going back to ati like all nursing school they started punishing students for failing nclex. The staff operates... Read More

My enrollment with Chamberlain was easy and made my anxiety about going to nursing school a little easier to manage. The process was simple and easy to understand. So far I’ve only had difficulty with one professor but other than that my experience has been amazing. I enjoy the hybrid teaching because it gives me the chance to utilize the time more efficiently. I work full time and have children at home so my life is occasionally chaotic, but my time with Chamberlain hasn’t been overwhelming to the... Read More

My RN-BSN program was structured with the most professional, fair minded yet caring professors that encouraged class interaction enriching my learning. I enjoyed the classmates that hailed from all over the country and learning about their career experiences was both intriguing and fun! I love that I can say that I am a Chamberlain graduate and also an inductee of the Sigma Theta Tau honor society!
