Davenport university is a terrible school. The classes are a waste of time and money. Look elsewhere for your education. Attend a real university, not this low-tier school. You will be disappointed. You will realized a degree from this school is not worth the paper on which is printed

I loved the flexibility to take classes in seat or online. I also loved that the professors were actual business people who were out working in the real world.

jmcomicÂþ» education has been wonderful. The professors want to help you and your advisory is always there when you need assistance. The MBA program is expensive and that is a con.

Grad school is a lot different then what I had anticipated. While the work itself is very insightful the teachers don't seem to be as involved as undergrad programs. This is the biggest con to the program. The dedication level has dropped tremendously and yet the work load has increased. It feels like I am completely teaching myself and just maintaining what I have learned in the past instead of expanding my knowledge. This hasn't been the case with every class but the last two I have taken have... Read More

I am in love with Davenport. I take online classes and am currently living in Africa getting another Masters Degree. It started out just as a way to get finical aid but with support of some amazing teachers and advisor I have really blossomed and done better than I ever thought I would excelling into a GPA of 3.7. The only thing that is bad about this school is if you are not prepared its a heavy work load! However, like I said online classes or not I have gotten so much support!

Davenport's online MBA program has allowed me to pursue a graduate degree and still be flexible for my crazy work schedule. The willingness of the professors to go beyond the course material has helped me take the classwork and apply it to my work environment. Despite them being hundreds of miles away, they are more available then some of the professors i had while on campus at my undergraduate school. They make office hours that fit my busy life and work with me to ensure that I retain and apply... Read More

I believe this graduate program is a great one. I learn a lot through my online courses. Not only are the courses challenging but they are interactive. We are required to take part in discussions and listen to other students' ideas. I have learned so much. The only con are deadlines. Sometimes the deadlines can be overwhelming but because we have to discipline ourselves with our time schedule, it helps me stay on top of deadlines and allows me to get my assignments completed and submitted on time.... Davenport University's MBA program is very current and in touch with global business trends. The faculty is usually directly from the business world and they offer a great deal of insight. The workload is fairly high, but I wouldn't want a program that just hands out easy assessments. My only complaint is that the study body is a mixture of top-notch performers and people who just seem to get by. I'm hoping that since it is a fairly young program that eventually the under-performers will be weeded... Read More

The courses are too short and the workload is much too heavy for such short courses. There is no way that you can learn anything in seven weeks. It honestly feels almost entirely like a money-making program. I'm not sure that the school really cares about the type of education that it is putting forward. The financial aid office gets its money fast and takes forever to get your refund money to you. I'm honestly not sure that the school cares. It has its uses but there's definitely more out there...
