After scouring the internet for a school that not only had the major I was looking for, but also admitted students who have not yet worked in a related field, I came across Endicott College's International Education Administration M.Ed. program. Read More in order to apply for financial aid. As a prospective student, it was reassuring to find both departments so helpful despite their undoubtedly busy days. The college itself has a newly-renovated fitness center with accommodating hours. The library is great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My program of study fits my needs very well, as it has online classes for the fall and spring semesters, and it provides further international experience with one month study abroad semesters in a number of locations around the globe. To say that I am happy with my experience so far would be an understatement. I strongly recommend Endicott College to anyone looking to further their education at a reputable school.

Through the highs and lows I do not regret one minute at my time at Endicott, without my experiences I would not be the person I am today. After three internships I feel as though I am better prepared for the real world in comparison to some of my friends from other schools. It has been a harsh reality accepting that I will not be returning to what has been my home for the past four years, but I am so grateful to have had such a great opportunity. Endicott is set in a great area and its sense of community is something I hope that I will be able to find again in my lifetime, because it was truly amazing.

I am a student in the Master's of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis program. I am very pleased with the flexible format of having most courses on-line. There are a few "face-to-face" classes that you must attend on campus. The campus is absolutely beautiful with 3 private beaches. There are many positive aspects of attending graduate school at Endicott College. The small class sizes makes in-class discussion and conversation among students and the professor very easy. The program I am in meets once a week, for four hours, so keeping students engaged and participatory is not always an easy task, but all of the professors I have had thus far have done a very good job of this. Read More is a member of a senior leadership team at a local business or company, and they make excellent teachers for students in a business program. My current professor, a Chief Marketing Officer at a local marketing company, is a great example of this. Personally, I want to go into marketing and having a professor that I can look up to in this aspect is invaluable. Furthermore, the dean of the graduate school is extremely involved and easily contacted. I have e-mailed him on a number of occasions with questions about what classes I should be taking, etc. and have always heard back within the hour. I have also found that every professor I have had experience with has been very easy to communicate with. The faculty has also been very understanding in terms of flexibility. Of course, working full time and going school can be tough but I have never felt overly stressed or worried about finishing an assignment on time. It has been made clear to me that if I need more time due to a work commitment, then all I need to do is ask. Lastly, the facilities at Endicott College are top notch. There are computers linked to projectors in every classroom, wireless internet, up to technology and the building itself has a modern feel. The graduate school will be moved to a new building in two years and I can only imagine what improvements the college will make to the features the existing building offers. In all honestly, I do not feel there are a lot of negatives to attending graduate school at Endicott College. I suppose the fact that the graduate program itself is still "young" could be considered a con. The graduate school only offers a selective list of programs (although it had continued to grow exponentially at a quick rate) to students, which could also be viewed as a con. For those who are working full time and are planning to attend school at night, the weekly four hour class could definitely be viewed as a con. Attending school after working a full day is tough, but the professors have usually worked all day themselves and class rarely goes until 10 p.m. In my experience, the professor covers as much material as possible and when students seem to disengage, they let us go a bit early, which is always much appreciated. All in all, I would absolutely recommend the graduate school at Endicott College to anyone who was thinking about attending grad school. I believe that within the next few years, the graduate will have doubled in size and that gaining admission will become increasingly difficult. The student population is diverse in ages as well as current employment of those currently enrolled in the graduate program. The faculty is extremely supportive and cares deeply about the success of each individual student. The classes are small and the instructors come to know each person individually.
