Husson is a wonderful small school that values all students. The classes are typically about 20-25 students or less and each professor aims to get to know all of their students. The campus is very small which allows it to feel like such a close-knit community. Overall, I have loved attending Husson University and plan to suggest it to other students looking at colleges.

Husson University has a way of making people feel at home. Their Doctor of Physical Therapy Program has a very hands on curriculum. They have a way of making their students feel important and seen as an individual. It is a great community here!!!!!!

Husson University is a powerful campus with a small town feel. I came from a very small high school in a small town. I was nervous to be swallowed up by the big school life. I have felt supported by DPT professors. I feel as though they want me to succeed

I liked Husson University the most because of it's small class sizes. I felt like I got a lot out of each lecture and discussion in class because there were about 20 students in each class. I also really enjoyed the hospitality internships available.

Degree: Criminal Justice
Husson University, especially the Criminal Justice Program, is something that I speak incredibly highly of to anyone that asks. The professors have many years of background in the field that they are teaching which I believe sets them apart from the rest of the Criminal Justice programs. Husson is a small, relatively quite campus and it is a tight-knit community that I am beyond proud to be a part of. The Criminal Justice program really does prepare you to enter the field after you graduate, I already... Read More

One of the best decisions I could have made in my life; the program is a quick five years, affordable in comparison to other universities, and equipped with excellent staff and faculty. I completed my undergraduate program in 2 years, I enjoyed those course with a variety of professors. When entering the graduate portion of my program, I had the same professors within the program. I loved having small classes, where I formed amazing relationships with both my peers and professors. There are many... Read More

As a busy full-time working mom of two young children, Husson University's online MBA program has been the perfect fit. Tuition is very affordable, compared to other academic institutions. The online program has allowed me to do my coursework on my schedule. I've formed great relationships with classmates who participate from all over New England. The Financial Services Office has been extremely helpful with every question I've asked them. I would absolutely recommend Husson University! Go Eagles!... Read More

Small class sizes ensure that you get the attention you want and need to really learn the material. The professors really care about your education, and the goals that you have set for yourself. The area is a small city with lots of job opportunities, but little to do but shop, eat and see a movie. However this is of little concern when you are studying a lot. Financial aid for graduate programs is almost unheard of unless you take out loans so that is concerning. Overall though if you want a quality... Read More

Husson just got accredited which makes it a competitive graduate program to enter. Small class size would be considered a pro for me, as well as the location in Maine. One con of the school would be that it does not yet have its own Pharmacy School building.

Husson University has a great MBA program especially for the Hospitality concentration. All of the professors have experience in the field and are extremely accessible for help outside of class with assignments or finding work, volunteer spots and internships. Anyone who wants to come out of the program with desirable management skills will certainly have the tools to do so. There aren't very many cons to the program but if I had to pick something I would say the distribution of work for each course.... Read More

Very easy campus to navigate, no issues with parking if you're in the graduate program because most classes on campus are on Friday afternoons and some Saturdays. This is also great if you have to work during the week. Faculty is very available and seems genuinely concerned with your success in the program. Pass rate for the nurse practitioner certifying exam has been 100%, which speaks volumes for the level of academia. Prospective students need to be prepared for a lot of outside work and and clinical... Read More
