College is an invaluable experience that will prepare you for the rest of your life. Chose wisely and work hard. It will be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life.

The pros are that it is very fulfilling and is a top ranked program. The faculty is amazing and very helpful and everything is within walking distance. The cons are that the textbooks are incredibly expensive as is the price of tuition

I went to Law School at IU Bloomington in the class of 1985. The group of students that I attended with were some of the smartest friendliest and most intellectually challenging that I have ever met. I can not think of a better place to pursue a Law Degree. My professors took a real interest in us and really taught us how to, "think like a lawyer". If you go, same some time to go to the Law School watering hole, Nicks.

While the overall education and experience I gained from this institution was valuable, the administration was unhelpful and at times disorganized.

It's a overall good school. Very diverse, vast amount of classes. The teachers are always willing to help.

High quality education. Very knowledgeable faculty. Career services was a bit of a letdown. Great social and alumni network. Challenging, but not an unduly burdensome workload. Impressive and beneficial financial aid package. A great place to go to law school.

IU Bloomington is a fantastic law school if you are interested in Intellectual Property. The leadership within the Center for Intellectual Property Research is second to none.

I love this school. Could be cheaper and better career help, but otherwise, great school.

Maurer is competitive but friendly, rigorous but doable. The faculty are both incredibly accessible and incredibly knowledgeable and educated. The city of Bloomington is charming, with a vibrant night life, a wide variety of ethnic food, world-class Broadway productions and shows, and only about an hour from Indianapolis.

Maurer School of Law is amazing. The students are willing to help each other out, the quality of your educations is the highest, and the support of the school is outstanding.

I only have good things to say about Maurer. I've been impressed with the quality of professors and how helpful the Office of Career & Professional Development has been.

Great professors, great scholarships, great students. The only downside is that it's in Indiana.

Just like any high-ranked law school there will be some students with sharp elbows, for the most part though, Maurer is a great community of colleagues.

I like this school very much.. The atmosphere is great and the quality of education you receive is incredible.

Great quality of life in Bloomington and good education, but there are limited opportunities outside of the classroom.

Solid program if you get a scholarship! However, if you want to leave the surrounding area you must work very hard on your own to make your own connections. So you must do very well and do your own work to get out of the surrounding area.

I did not regret coming here. I enjoyed everything: The academic experience, student organizations, career/networking support, and all kinds of opportunities to gain work experience and to grow professional skills. The town is beautiful and people are extremely friendly. It's a place that I will forever miss after graduation.

Definitely needs to expand their network west. This is critical if you want to have a top tiered program.
