The quality of education at Life has been on a decline for the last few years. Many of the professors are leaving suddenly. The clinic system is poorly ran and scheduling is a nightmare. The administrators refuse to take anything students say into consideration because they just want money. Life Leadership Weekend does a great job of selling the school as all rainbows and happy times, but >80% of the student population is miserable. I would highly consider going anywhere else than Life University... Read More

Anyone considering this profession would be better served pursuing a doctorate in orthepedics. The teachers are ok, some better than others. The clinic hands on instruction was lacking, partly because there were too many students and not enough teachers. They expect you to learn to adjust outside the school, which is just not feasible for many. Also many people take 5 to 7.5 years to finish the program, leaving you saddled with a huge and crippling student loan debt. And employment options are very... Read More

This program has been excellent for my professional development. I would not be where I am today without the curriculum and knowledge that I have learned from this institution. If you are considering a degree in chiropractic this is the best place among the other educational institutions.

This school is a mess. I just paid off a student loan and the school sends me to collections. I now have creditors calling me. When I was in school they mixed up my finical aid with another students. I have sent three students to other Chiropractic Colleges. Never would I recommend this school.

I do not know where to begin, this school is great at marketing and pulling you in with their "leadership weekend." This school is not so great at being honest, I thought this school would offer me a vitalistic approach to education but I was incorrect. Leadership Weekend takes your breath away, you instantly feel like you are apart of something bigger than you could imagine and then - classes start. You are bogged down with 23 credits which is referred to as "full load," these classes consist of... Read More

Life University is the best, and largest, Chiropractic College in the world. Even with having large class sizes my instructors were eager to learn our names and treated us as colleagues on day one. The curriculum is set up for you to successfully pass the board examinations and be able to become a legitimate doctor. One area of the curriculum that lacks is the lack of business and practice management courses. We are required to take certain courses to graduate, however, they are just not enough.... Read More

Life University has a lot of history and is one of the leading institutions for chiropractic profession. The school values and fosters the vitality and holistic approach to health, all of which can be found within every facet of the school. The physical location is very beautiful and continues to improve. The Chiropractic program is very demanding and requires effort of the student to seek the resources to ensure their success. It is a doctoral program, so no one should come expecting anything to... Read More

I absolutely love my school and the Doctor of Chiropractic program that I am in. The students, professors, and staff are all very friendly, knowledgable and are willing to go above and beyond for the people in the Life University community. The school is not very large so there is a close community feel which makes seeking out help in a program that is very rigorous and challenging at times much easier, and allows for a larger rate of success. Having a support system around you at all times empowers... Read More

Life West is the leading chiropractic college in the nation. Because of this, it is going through a few growing pains and transitions. The transitions are necessary to allow for professional growth within the industry and what's being taught in the classrooms. The workload is hands on, but if you focus and attend the classrooms and outside workshops they provide, it's very manageable.

I love the program. The price is probably the most expensive of the schools available though.

The education thus far has been sufficient and as anticipated, and the faculty are very helpful and always willing to speak with students about questions or concerns. At first the admissions, enrollment, and financial aid teams were very attentive and now they seem to be less responsive, which in unfortunate for students in need of immediate assistance.

The only cons are the potholes in the parking lots and lack of parking spots. It is unfortunate that we are no longer dissecting human cadavers, but overall the program is efficient

At Life West, you get the best and most well rounded education that applies directly to Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, and the healthcare business. The reason for this is a great faculty that is willing to work with students. The biggest disadvantage to the program here is the cost of living on top of the cost of the program.

The D.C. Program is challenging, and students are inundated with classes. In my opinion the curriculum does not allow student's to spend enough time in the technique classes (that you'll actually use in practice).

This program has a lot of great networking opportunities and the faculty are always willing to help students. Their availability and unwavering dedication make the school worth it. There is a highly diverse population at the school in terms of students. There are many different countries represented, which is really great. There are limited opportunities for any sort of substantial financial aid except for extra student loans with high fees and higher interest rates. Also, the town of Hayward, CA... Read More

It is the best Chiropractic school in the nation. They offer an alternative mindset towards health and wellness, and how to get away from the standard mindset of taking pills or surgery is the only solution to better "health."

Life University has a great program for chiropractic. It is challenging but not impossible. It pushes you to stay on top of your studies so you are prepared to perform at any given moment. The only bad thing really is the hike in tuition, it would be better and more appealing to others if the cost of tuition wasn't so high. But the financial aid department is on the ball with financial support.

Life University has been ranked one of the top chiropractic schools in the nation and I believe it has earned this ranking. The school prides itself not only on their quality of education but also protecting the environment. The campus is very "green" with many of the changes they have made to the campus. The program itself exposes you to chiropractors who are both teaching as well as running a office. The professors are willing to take the time to sit down and explain their experiences as well as...
