Attending Monroe College from 2016 to 2019 was one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have ever done. This was my third attempt at earning my bachelor's degree, and Monroe made it possible. I attended night classes and Saturdays at the Bronx campus while working full time and raising two children — it was not easy, but Monroe's schedule was built for people like me. The flexibility they offer for adult learners is real, not just a selling point.
The professors were understanding and made sure... Read More

Monroe College offers a variety of majors for an affordable cost compared to most private colleges. I was able to graduate with my Bachelors Degree in Science of Public Health in 3 years, fully covered by grants & scholarships. The professors were respectful, offered help, and for the most part were able to teach their courses correctly. College advisors were helpful in finding the right courses for me and offering opportunities for work study, networking, post-graduate events, etc. The scheduling... Read More

this is a for profit school, they would lie to get me into Monroe college, so be careful the good reviews are most likely a lie. The admissions counselor told me that they had premed major three times, but when I finally started classes , he said NO premed. I wasted 2 semesters and credits would not transfer because the level of classes is very low. The professors there might not hold a degree because they curse and teach low level knowledge.

Monroe College helped me to achieve my Bachelor's degree as an online student, without the option of attending school online I don't think I could have went back to school. The school always had events and formal gatherings to show their appreciation for their students hard work, they also had many different scholarships and discounts on tuition which helped on overall costs.

Monroe College was very repeatable with a variety of students and professors from different parts of life. The college had all the recourse possible to make the journey a smooth one. The professors insure that you are very successful at the end of your journey. Everyday I walked on campus knowing that I was apart of something bigger than me and had all the professors in my corner waiting to help if needed. I would recommend Monroe College in a heartbeat to everyone that asked for my option. After... Read More

The most important benefit of studying at Monroe College is the ability to earn while I learn. Monroes online MBA program is designed so that I can earn an MBA while continuing to work full-time. The pros of my graduate program are: The willingness and the determination of the professors wanting to help those students seeking assistance. The flexible hours in the computer lab. The knowledge and experience levels of the professors teaching the class. The cons of my graduate program is: The classroom size; Staff to student ratio

The faculty is very supportive of all students and that is why I chose to attend Monroe College. The work load is heavy but that is to be expected for Grad school.

I am very pleased with my Graduate program. The school work is challenging but interesting, and I am learning a lot about Business Management. The faculty provides a lot of support and I really like that. The classrooms aren't filled to capacity with students so the Professors get to know the students on a first name basis. I'm looking forward to my next semester and whatever new challenges it will bring.

It is a great program that is hands on however the price adds pressure and distracts me from school because I know I have to pay a heft price for schooling.

The staff is very supportive. Professors constantly exhibit their willingness to make sure the students do well. They are available via email as well as their personal cell-phones. If you don't understand certain materials covered, they are always there to help. Due to these pros, the workload is quite manageable. The program helps you to not only develop academically but also as a person. I appreciated the use of presentations which assisted in getting rid of the fear public speaking. This will definitely... This program offers me the resources needed to effectively and efficiently run a business whether it maybe in the public health/general business field. Reason being the courses offered are a merger between both worlds. The cost of attending is a bit high thus leaving me with multiple expenses such as student loans to be repaid. But overall however I feel comfortable in the field of study and confident that a job opportunity will arise after completion.
