I appreciated being able to access my master’s program online and be able to complete the courses each month. It was a lot of material to cover in just four weeks but it was manageable. Occasionally, it would be difficult to receive responses from professors, but for the most part all were easy to communicate with and showed great insight to each topic.

DO NOT OVERLOOK THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! THIS WAS THE WORST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! NATIONAL UNIVERSITY IS TRASH!!!!!!!!!!! It was bad before the pandemic but it is impossible now. You can never get anyone on a phone, it takes forever to get a response to a simple question, they are completely nonchalant about assisting with any of your needs. Everything takes MONTHS AND MONTHS AND MONTHS to get done even when it's SIMPLE STUFF!!! I'm beyond aggravated as I listen to the elevator... Read More

I would not recommend this program to anyone. When I first inquired about the program, it was a work independently online style. This often would conflict with my work schedule and I would lose participation points not attending class. Additonally,... Read More

I attended Northcentral University online. I was very happy to find an accredited university for Marriage and Family Therapy available online. The program was flexible and professors were easy to contact and helpful.

I have nothing negative to say about the program. The online courses have been extremely accomodating so that I could stay at home with my baby. The teachers have been extremely helpful and are there for assistance whenever I need it.

The Cons of the programs are that the school lacks in providing the students with career help. There needs to be improvement in career advising and help in finding jobs with the majors. The Pros of the major are the ratio for the teacher and students is mostly 1 to 15-20. The professors are educated and know what they are talking about.
