It is a great school with a wide range of courses available to its students. However, the advisory department is lacking and you often have to find your own answers.

I attended NIU for my undergraduate and graduate degree. I feel as though NIU has really stepped it up in the last few years to become a better school!

A pro is the program prepares you for the sports industry, A con is that even being close to Chicago there is not a lot of opportunity in the area.
