I loved working on my degree at Rosemont. Sitting in a classroom with like-minded students to discuss our favorite books was amazing. The professors were all heavily involved in publishing and contributed real, working knowledge to our class work. (The same can be said for the online courses). The school itself is very small and we were treated very individually as a result. The moment RC was on my resume, I was able to get an internship and the school is earning a well-deserved reputation for excellent... Read More

Degree: Business Administration

I completed my B.S. completely online. Rosemont College advisors were extremely helpful and flexible in accommodating my needs with respect to courses and ensuring that I was able to meet the requirements I needed whether it be by the online offerings, independent study (which the instructors went out of their way to allow me to take their classes in that manner), or through my Prior Learning experiences. If they had offered a M.S. or M.A. online in the field that I wanted to pursue, I would have,... Read More

No infrastructure. Little idea that the student is a customer. Poor tech. Poor classrooms. No administrative support for evening grad students or instructors. Instructors are committed professionals with tons of experience.

I love the school. This school made it possible to continue education easily. I have been learning so much.

Degree: Child Development

I enjoyed the small classroom sizes as it allowed for team work; I enjoyed the one on one assistance available from the professors; I found the homework and tests to be challenging. The undergraduate degree was not helpful in finding a job as it seems the Psychology field demands a higher degree in order to obtain viable employment. I am currently pursuing my Graduate degree in order to fulfill those requirements.

I have been mesmerized by the power of words since I was a little girl. When I began my higher education career I knew I wanted to work in publishing. I stumbled upon the graduate program at Rosemont College and, once accepted, have loved every minute of it. My teachers are professionals that work in the industry, preparing me for real life situations and job duties through projects and readings. My fellow students come from all corners of the earth with different backgrounds and I honestly feel... Read More

Degree: Counseling

Many of the courses and professors are very informative and are useful once a person graduates. There are diverse options of transportation to get to the college. But there is a lack of options for financial aid very little to do in the surrounding areas.

I am glad that I was able to find a school that was able to accommodate full time mothers and compared to other schools much more affordable.

I believe that the workload is acceptable and the courses within the program are of great value future counselors in dealing with their clients. The college is located in a very convenient spot (several minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA) where there are different options to go to and from the college. Such as car, bus and trains. The options in terms of financial aid could be better as well as the college network in alerting students of college closings and course cancellations. I've never lived... Read More

Graduate program has a promising program of study in forensic psychology. But I definitely need help paying for it.

The program offers professors who are active in the field that they are teaching, and there are many opportunities to network for a future career. The program of study that I am pursuing is one of the best programs that I looked into, which makes the college and the program that much more appealing to me.

Overall, I absolutely love the program. The education is very personalized and I really feel like my professors care about me. Really, the only con is the cost of living in this area. It's a bit expensive, but worth it.
