This college was an awesome experience but I did not realize I would not windup using my degree and I feel it did not really prepare me for teaching. I could have learned more by jumping directly into the field or by reading books on my own and not acquiring the same debt.

It was a great experience. Professors were knowledgeable and approachable. The clinicals were relevant.

SUNY Buffalo is an excellent school. I graduated with both my BA and Master of Education from UB and was able to do so on time. It's a very big school, though, and I commuted, so I didn't make a lot of personal connections. Great teachers, great libraries, a decent campus. I think they've taken pains to make it more approachable, which is nice. UB is active in the community. Though it's a very large school, you can find ways to connect. I didn't, but I like the quiet.

I am a current student at Buffalo State. As a Veteran, this was a great school to transition out of the military to. I would highly recommend this program and college to anyone who asks.

My graduate program, which is offered 100% online, affords me the opportunity to continue working full-time to provide for my family, all while earning my Masters Degree.

The HESAA program at Buffalo State College is led by qualified professionals that ensure your experience in the college is not only enjoyable but will lead to your professional advancement. Unfortunately the program does not have enough courses held to ensure that students will be able to take all the courses that they need at the times they need to take them.
