Tough classes with professors who cared about their craft. Great facilities and active student body.

Pros - alumni network - professors are brilliant and always willing to talk to and help students - faculty, in general, is very supportive - new building- a lot of new technology - students are from all over the US Cons - surrounding area - weather is often cold and cloudy - rankings are down

I feel that there are many different opportunities to meet new people and network as well as various programs to become involved in. There is not a lot of financial aid given and it is a very expensive school.

I feel that it is a great program and well know school. However, it is very expensive to attend and housing is expensive as well.

The Pro's of my graduate program are that they they work with each student individually to create a career path. They want you to succeed and find a job after you graduate. They also want you to find a job in the field you really want to participate in. The Con's are it's EXTREMELY expensive. But hopefully those cost's will pay off with getting a job!

Syracuse University College of Law is a great school. Although it may not be a top tier school in regards to its national rank, it is definitely a quality University and is continuing to get better. They are currently constructing a new building for the law school which is scheduled to be completed for the 2014-2015 academic year. The professors I have had in my first year courses have been fantastic and are very knowledgeable and dedicated about the subjects they teach.

I enjoy being in the classroom setting, but I do not feel very challenged by classmates. Socially, it is more difficult if you have taken time off between undergraduate school and law school. I'm still deciding whether going to law school in general was a good choice. Financially, it is a huge commitment that you should not make unless you are 100% dedicated to the course of study and career path.

I would not have gone from living in a warm sunshine year around city, if it wasn't for the quality of education, support from faculty and staff that SUCOL has for its students. I am a city girl living in this big town, the surrounding area gets very frustrating but I know it will be worth it upon graduation day.

SU is a good college to attend because it has great academics and opportunities to help you advance.
