UAGC is a great college for those who want to balance work and school. It lacks substantial instruction as it is fully online. However, all of the courses are structured the same so you know what to expect each week. Some professors do not even read your work and score highly, while others are very hard graders.

The school is incredible, I love it. I am in my last class than I will have earned, in every sense of something earned, a master’s in HRM next month. Sure I have student debt, but, I also have a masters in HRM, which only 10% of the population has in a field which is growing exponentially. As with any college, college is not for everyone. Absolutely loved online learning. Professors were very interactive, well versed, and engaging. Held to a high standard, which challenged me to excel in my studies. Very flexible to accommodate anyone's schedule. By far, exceeded my expectations. Great school.

Pros of this program are the careers and job positions that will be available to me once graduating and while a student. The courses all for the student to learn how to develop an organization, how to develop strategic plans to operate their organization, how to recruit quality employees and how to appraise employees, business plans and or tactics implemented within the work place in order to assure a successful, safe and productive work environment. The only cons in this graduate program is that since it is online you really cant react face to face or in live time with your classmates and professors as far as the pros is that the program allows your to do your daily living routines as well as go to school.
