Ashford is a great school! I just want to warn you if you are planning on becoming a teacher! I went there for my Bachelors & Masters in Early Childhood Education. After I graduated, I call to find out how to get certify for my teaching license because I knew Ashford told us that we will had to get certified on your own. I thought that would not be a problem! The pros of the Early Childhood program that I'm in are I'm moving forward in the career change that I've made.K. H. has been with me and encouraged me every step of the way. She had given me ideas, and phone numbers of people I could contact to take care of my student loans. The only cons I have with Ashford University is that it takes so long for you to receive your stipends. I don't know if it's like that with all schools and universities. This is the first university that I have attended besides going to a technical school for several years. I started at this school in 2010 and graduated In 2013 with a BA in Early Childhood Education I am in the national Golden Key Honor Society and finished with a 3.72 Magna Cum Laude.
