My time as an undergraduate at UT Austin was very fulfilling. The professors were some of the best in the world and incredibly knowledgeable about their fields. There was a wide variety of student organizations and clubs to join, so it was very easy to make friends and get involved. Because of the large student body, there was truly something for everyone.

I appreciated the urban location, small degree program, and availability of the professors. The campus spirit, enthusiasm of fellow students, and investment of the professors made the program even more enjoyable. I appreciated my time at UT as an undergraduate and in the graduate program, and would recommend it to future students.

I love UT. I have had a plethora of opportunities because of my time at UT and I am very grateful for it. I will say that the class offerings for the Mechanical engineering graduate program are rather sparse but I have had excellent professors and I love it! I also REALLY love the city of Austin

Attending The University of Texas was truly an amazing experience that shaped the experience I would have as I dove into my career. It was not simply the amazing curriculum that helped me but the skills of questioning, exploring, and communicating that were taught at every level along the way.

I loved the College of Education at UT! The professors were amazing, the classes were engaging, and the students were great peers to work with. My favorite class was Play in Early Childhood Education. It can be hard studying at UT because of how large the campus is, but if you join student orgs and meet with your advisor regularly it can make campus feel a lot smaller.

I had a wonderful experience in my PhD program. The professors were doing cutting-edge research, and helped students to do the same. Also, there was great camaraderie among the graduate students. UT Austin had over 100 grad students in my program, and so it was very easy to form supportive cohorts.

I would highly recommend attending UT for an MBA. I attended the part-time/working profewsional program and had an overall excellent experience. The professors were knowledgeable on their subjects and many of them had real world experience which was an added bonus. The class environment was hands-on, engaging, and enjoyable.

While the research opportunities are substantial, the support for individual student needs is often disregarded. There have also been administrative changes that limit the funding and research opportunities. For pure STEM research, this is a great school.

I studied medicine in the university of Texas, and overall it was a positive experience. The institution offers strong academic training with a wll-structure dcurriculumn that balances theory and practical exposure. The professors were knowledgable and approachable, always willing to support students both academically and professionally.

Great school. Even though my current profession has nothing to do with my major, just having graduated from Texas has opened doors. Its the right amount of challenging and fun. I alot of organizations on campus, there is something for everyone. In the heart of Austin.

UT provides great opportunities for a multitude of well-known disciplines; however, if your interests are too niche, there is a lack of ability to provide good education/research/resources for those. For instance, the Business Analytics program at UT serves as its Data Science program, but fails to have meaningful tracks/concentrations an individual can focus on outside of "General" and "Finance." The same could be said for the other disciplines (engineering, social sciences, etc.).

UT Austin was a great school that prioritizes both academics and social life. The classes at UT were fairly reasonable, and it is easy to make long lasting connections there. The alumni network is extremely tight in Austin. It is fairly easy to find a job after graduation.

I enjoyed going to UT Austin. The educators were knowledgeable and cared about student experiences. Being in a major city meant there was a lot to do in my spare time and I enjoyed the diversity on and off campus. It is a very expensive university though

The University of texas at Austin is a great school and I would recommend it to anyone. The campus was great, the academics were excellent, and the social life was also very good. I feel like I could be myself on campus and had lots of fun things to do with my friends.

UT Austin's engineering program is a powerhouse of academic excellence and rich diversity, bringing together brilliant minds from all walks of life. The research opportunities and facilities are world-class. However, some professors, while undeniably brilliant and leaders in their fields, struggled to connect with students not already at their level — making certain courses needlessly difficult to navigate.

Attending the University of Texas at Austin was incredibly beneficial to not only my college experience, but also made lasting effects on my career. Not only is the location excellent, but the university is well connected to lots of influential organizatioons/donors/companies. I think the rigor of the academics was amazing, particularly the science-related material and found the social aspect of the school to also offer a great deal of opportunities.
