I really have enjoyed studying at University of Louisville School of Medicine. I feel there is a real sense of community there and students are collaborative and look out for one another. Most of the faculty seem to genuinely care for us and want us to succeed. They have a great system for evaluation and feedback and I feel the administration listens to student feedback and adjusts the curriculum accordingly to best suit our needs. Read More 1 trauma center that seeks to help the underserved populations of Louisville and allows for a great learning environment for medical students. The campus is located in an inner city area so safety may be a concern for some, but the campus police are readily accessible and the shuttle system allows students to travel back and forth to the parking garage if you're on campus late at night. I personally have never had any issues regarding personal safety. Overall, I think ULSOM is a great place to study and with the new renovations that are currently taking place it should be even better!
