I attending UNH college of professional studies online. I completed the RN to BSN program. The program required several general education credits. These courses were completely irrelevant to my degree and professional development. On two occasions I was required to purchase professor self published and obviously biased books. However, the nursing courses were much better. Professor were all working nurses. They were understanding of professional development and created assignments relevant to the... Read More

Do not attend the MSN program. The instructors are outdated and not approachable. It is a terrible program that does not teach, cannot approach the instructors, does not follow a rubric, and does not prepare the nurse for advanced practice. Save yourself the stress and do not apply to this school!

If you want to get a degree, but don't care about learning anything, this college is for you. The professor's are basically absent, and their curriculum is a joke. Every class so far has been structured in a way that people can get through with B's and C's and not learn anything. But getting a perfect A is hard because the grading is sloppily done, and assignments and quiz questions are graded incorrect when they are absolutely correct. You have to monitor your grades closely and then argue every... Read More

Would not recommend. Graduated in 2011 with honors and have no job never used my degree in any of the jobs ive had. My classmates are in the same position. Some work as cashiers bus drivers mail sorters third shift. It does not get employers attention as much as a degree from a university. It is an adult program for students who get a lot of financial aid and scholarships night classes online etc nit a typical college

Granite State College gives you all the things you would expect from a college and so much more. I was a 100% online student and I built a connection with my advisors and professors that was unmatched by other face to face college experiences I had. I hate to say the courses were easy, but they were, because when I had questions or didnt understand the material, the professors did their job and really gave me all the tools I needed to succeed. Academically I feel so accomplished and grateful for... Read More

Math professor changed final test. Failed me because I reached out to Academic advisor about test care change. Provided proof of emails and pictures of my attempts to reach professor. School admission resided with professor, in which my academic advisor said that they always do so the school wouldnt look bad. I have no trust for this school. Professors can be bullies if they hold retaliation on you.

Terrible staff stay far away from this school! If you have any issues they will never be resolved. All the professors and faculty look out for themselves and could care less about students. Go anywhere else and you will be happier and save yourself a serious headache and waste of time and money!!

Terrible staff! Online gradebooks are wrong 75% of the time and it takes weeks to fix. Stay away if you want a good college. Their courses are fine but faculty (most!) dont want to help you! Dont bother wasting your time!

Absolutely terrible in terms of staff communication. They will just eloquently tell you to s**** off or point fingers at you if their grade books arent working. They tell you that you shouldve told them sooner and when you ask for help from the president he makes you out to be crazy.

I was in my mid 40's when i was laid off from my job at a manufacturing facility. No one was hiring in that field at the time. I miraculously got a job as a Para-educator; they needed someone who was an LNA. The student ended up moving away, and I was going to lose my job for a second time unless I could go back to school and become state certified as a Para-educator. I contacted GSC. They were awesome! First, they walked me through the enrollment process, got me enrolled, and helped me choose a... Read More
