Utah Valley provides smaller class sizes to give a better one on one experiences with the instructors. You’re not just a face in a classroom at UVU, and instead are seen as an individual.
While the campus is large, it doesn’t feel like it. There’s a place for everyone and many opportunities for students to get involved.

I had a good experience attending school here. The professors and instructors in my department were knowledgeable and engaged in helping the students learn and grow. The university offers a large variety of courses so you can customize your degree and experience. The guidance counselors helped me find the appropriate courses and I was able to pursue my interests while earning applicable credits towards my degree. I made connections and was able to network easily, too.

I loved Utah Valley University. It's a very diverse college with fantastic professors. In the English department specifically, the staff was very passionate and really helped me to tap into my creativity and my own psyche. I cannot say enough good about the experience I had as I earned my degree.

You may only have 10 minutes to get from one end of campus to the other, which can be difficult. I loved my time at this school, though, and recommend it to anyone who wants... Read More

I attended two other Utah colleges before graduating from UVU. While I had a great college experience at all three colleges, UVU did the best job of preparing me to exit college. UVU did a great job of helping me to think beyond college and into my future. There was an emphasis in preparing for graduate school or for applying to jobs, as well as participating in out of class activities that look great on a resume or CV. I am so glad I was able to graduate from a school that cared enough to prepare... Read More
