Read More I had to be an especially strong self advocate and was always persistent to get heard, but I got help and satisfaction whenever I did that during my college time. Just believing things should be different does not facilitate positive change and having a social group to support each other really helped.

Stay away! If you can save your children or friends from attending Waldorf University please do so. I attended back in 2017 and basically ended up fleeing my environment. Sexual assault is swept under the rug because it ruin's their image. They let offenders graduate even when aware of what they have done... I was treated poorly and only treated nicely when I "played along." I have major PTSD from having attended Waldorf and the incidents that occured and that were never taken care of expect by one... Read More professor. Do not enter into their Theatre Department. Period. The scholarships are not worth it and they play favorites. Everyone I have known from Waldorf has been glad they left and or finally glad they graduated but, they do not feel prepared. I feel sad that this school still has such a high sexual assault count that they do nothing about and refuse to address that it even happens... It really isnt worth it and I know this review is harsh but, it is true.

Waldorf University is great. The workload is very manageable. Most week's assignments are a 500 word paper ( 2 pages excluding cover sheet and references) Some people get tripped up on APA, I did all of the margins/measurements/fonts only one time then used it as a template. The teachers are beyond nice and would allow late work if you needed to. The hardest thing about enrolling was not being able to see the syllabus first. I would take two classes at a time and hope that I had one "easy" class... Read More paired up with one that was more time consuming. Out of the 12 classes I took at Waldorf, maybe 3 to 5 doubled up weekly assignments ( an essay and an assessment due ) The tests were mostly multiple choice but some required 200 word answers that could build up quick. You can see the test multiple times before submitting it, so look to manage time. The only time I took one class versus two a semester was for statistics. Something else I loved was that it is not incredibly well known. ( I used to joke the name " Waldorf" was more famous for the hotel or a salad). I liked it because it was not a common "online school" because unfortunately, those biases exist sometimes. If anyone looks it up, they see a cute brick and mortar school that has their own football team.

I was a 100% online student. I took two classes every 8 weeks. I loved the fast pace of the school, plus you are taking the same total number of hours in a calendar year as in a brick and mortar university, except you get to really focus on the two classes at a time and not 5 or 6 classes/subjects every 4 months. It takes about 20-25 hours a week of study to do the readings and to write a paper every week. So you better know how to put your thoughts onto the page, and how to create a power point.... Read More The professor interaction is pretty low, so for the most part you are really teaching yourself. This is OK because of the structure of the school. At the end of the day you have to be a self-starter, be able to keep up with weekly deadlines, and be committed to finish what you start. No one is going to hold your hand. You get out of the program what you put into it. For me it was a 4.0 GPA, and a pretty nice job about 2 months after graduating. The occupational safety program is also now qualifies you to be a GSP, from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals and is a big plus for the program. Total cost is among the lowest in the nation, so if you have a life in the outside world it is doable with discipline. God luck!

This is an outstanding university, top to bottom. As with most things in life, good communication makes all the difference. The Waldorf staff are very organized and do great with communicating upcoming events, reminders for deadlines and other miscellaneous requirements. Occasionally in online schooling, you would expect some hiccups due to internet outages, personal situations or emergencies. Each time I needed help, my Waldorf professor worked with me. Waldorf was a perfect fit for me, as they accepted almost all of my transfer credits; for an Air Force member who is always changing locations, this is a big deal. I have and will continue to suggest that Airmen pursue their degrees from this fine, regionally accredited university!

The staff at Waldorf University is great. The admissions staff went out of their way to help with all aspects of admission. The professors gave prompt responses to all inquiries. Many of the professors at Waldorf, often took the time to go over class work via telephone. Most of the professors at Waldof University will allow you to submit a draft via email prior to submitting your final paper, this gave many students the opportunity to make sure that they were on the right track prior to final submission.... Read More Although I went to school online I elected to attend graduation. The staff at Waldorf University went out of their way to make sure that all of the online students felt right at home. Upon our arrival, we were given a tour of the campus with the special meet and greet for all of the online students. On the day of graduation the University prepared a special luncheon for all of the online students. The University also made sure that all available online Professors were present to meet and speak with the online students. By the time I departed the campus, I felt like I had attended Waldorf University in person.

Waldorf University is the best college to attend. I mean if I had known any better on how schools operate before this school I located last-year. Trust me, this is the number one school that students need to attend and the reason why? because the tuition is outstanding and it is included with your books and I mean no book grants, because everything included in your tuition, which will be $975 that's with a %10 discount a class and other schools are $1600 and up. Yeah will tell everyone about this... Read More university. Plus the teachers will work with you and the teachers are awesome! I promise I and I wish that more people will attend this university. Other colleges almost threaten students if they don't create more than two or three post they reduce your points but not this school. This college do not harass students about posting more than two post at all...The books will be delivered on time to your home. Email me and I can tell you more about this university...No long papers at all and think about it, It's up to the student to learn more and research..I can go on and on...

I just completed my MA in Organizational Leadership from Waldorf University. Due to my GPA from my undergrad program, they allowed me to double up my coursework. Because of which, it took me about 13 months to complete. I found the coursework challenging but not over the top. Classes are set up in 8-week terms. A typical format for each class has weekly message board postings, assessments, and papers. Most classes also have some sort of a final project as well. Waldorf University professors are sticklers... Read More for APA formatting, even for message board postings. I found the professors to be quite responsive and the support staff was friendly when I needed anything from them. I have nothing but positive things to say about Waldorf University and MA program. I picked Waldorf University over 2 other grad school programs and I'm happy with my choice.

I am a recent graduate of the MA in Organizational Leadership at Waldorf University. I was pleased with the program. It is a reasonably affordable Masters program (currently $360 per hour) and the tuition includes the textbook. Rating strictly on affordability, its a 5 out of 5. I have been enrolled in several online programs so I have some experience to base my decisions on. It is really not a bad program. If you are looking for a reasonable affordable Masters degree then this might be the program... Read More for you. I honestly don't have anything really bad to say about the program. The professors are a mixed bag (some good some not so good) but that is probably the same at any school. If I was pressed to say anything negative about the program it would be that some of the professors do not respond to your questions in a timely fashion but are generally helpful if given enough time to reply back.
