The courses are very well-organized. The biggest weakness is the fact that some Professors do not teach at all. They encourage students to teach one another and it is a concern for many of us students who are paying tuition out of pocket. We are paying for the Professors to educate us.

I love attending Wayne State I just wish some of the professors were more helpful.

The pros of Wayne state university it that there is a very diverse student population and its located in a city that is current on the rise. The cons is that there is very little staff support , you're pretty much on your own when finding which classes to take and making sure you're on track to graduate.

Wayne State University offers the only graduate program for Art Therapy in the state of Michigan. This makes it an incredibly important program for art therapists in Michigan. Wayne State University's Art Therapy program(s) provide students with incredible courses and learning environments; supportive and knowledgeable professors and advisers; field work opportunities; and networking opportunities.

I love the people, the area, and the coursework. Technology could be embraced more and the area around the campus is culturally diverse.
