I am an Educator, U.S. Navy Veteran and a Scholar (M.Ed) who graduated with a 3.8 GPA from Webster University back in May of 2016 with a MA Degree in Human Resource Management. I am a member of Golden Key International Honor Society, The Society for Collegiate Leadership and Achievement and Sigma Beta Delta (International Honor Society). I thoroughly enjoyed my HR graduate program with Webster and highly recommend their institution. I just found out Congress Woman Val Demings is a Webster Alumni,... Read More

I earned a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development. The program challenged me and I enjoyed it. I used my capstone project to secure a doctoral studies position and have been accepted into a program. Thank you to all my excellent professors and classmates! I must say though, the program is what you make it. if you aren't willing to put in the hard work you probably will be disappointed in the outcome.

Webster University has truly set itself apart from other online learning centers. I am currently pursuing my dual graduate degree in Leadership and Management/Human Resource Management. Though I am not attending a brick and mortar courses, the advisors at Webster University has treated me no different. The ease of admission, guidance on a degree plan tailored towards my career goals and acceptance into the school was a seamless process. As with any life changing decisions, the Webster University... My courses at Webster University exposed me to theories and practices that I was able to take back to my company. I work in Training and Development and I found the Organizational Development course and the Capstone projects to be beneficial in equipping me with the tools needed to help my company facilitate some organizational culture and change initiatives we've undertaken with a merger that we've been involved with. My classmates and professors were helpful in giving me feedback on how to work... Read More

Webster University is a great school for Military, non-traditional learners. The instructors were very flexible with my schedule which allowed me to work full-time and still manage the curriculum hours at my own pace. I enjoyed the interaction with other students in the online environment. The diversity of the students provided me with a different perspective on various topics of discussion. The overall curriculum of the school was challenging, yet manageable. I would recommend this school to anyone... Read More

I have nothing but positive to say about my experience (Denver Campus). The professors are knowledgeable in their field and the staff is extremely helpful and responsive. The class sizes are small and the amount of interaction with the professor is the best I've ever had in my college career without a doubt. I have recently moved on to a new position in my company and my degree at Webster was part of the reason.

Loved the ability to do it all online and the general setup of each class was similar. Didn't like that some teachers didn't participate in discussions.

There are not any negatives about Webster University!! I was raised in Saint Louis, but as Military Officer I now live in Texas. I knew Webster would be my choice for Master's Degree matriculation from the beginning. They have an excellent reputation in Saint Louis, as well as, in the military and I am certain the additional skills I learn will aid me in my transition from the military to the civilian sector.
