Let me start with I was being pursued by ASU and NAU for their online masters programs but came across information for Purdue University. I called and spoke to an admissions counselor with Purdue Global who gave me a big song and dance about not being Kaplan any longer but Purdue. I told her I wanted a Purdue education and degree. As I read up on Purdue Global, apparently the school is the laughing stock step child on all of the campuses between students and faculty. I called admissions for regular Purdue and he told me many students are trying to jump over because they want a real Purdue. I’m paying Purdue prices for a masters program but getting short changed with a Kaplan education. It should be illegal. I would stay away.

I started my master's degree program in October 2018. Everything was going good, until I found out the last week of classes which was the last week in November that the school I got my bachelor's degree from sent the wrong transcripts. Everyone I talked to said it would be fine. I got my associates degree and my bachelor's degree transcripts sent electronically on November 30th. All of my documentation says that they received my transcripts. Purdue didn't upload my transcripts until this morning... Read More on December 3rd. Have no idea why it took so long when they got them the same day. They uploaded my transcripts at 10 this morning. At 6pm I got an email saying I was withdrawn from school because they didn't have my transcripts, which they did according to the email. Now financial aid says that they are not going to award me my financial aid because they withdrew me. Now they say I have to pay them $2000 for transcripts that they had. They have all my paperwork. They have everything. They have my financial aid there. Put I have to pay them for the run around. And you don't talk to one person, you talk to 10 to 20 different people trying to get an answer. I would not recommend this school at all. Please go somewhere else. Somewhere where they actually care about the students.
