This program has provided me with the knowledge I need to become a better leader. The con of this program is the cost and that I had to apply for students loans.

The Pros for this graduate program is that its accelerated and its completely online. I am a mother of a 2 year old hence I cannot be in a classroom after a full time shift at work and commuting 2 hours round trip. Plus, Edingburg is a ways from Port Isabel where I reside at the moment. This program will enhance my skills to be a better employee, and definitely more marketable. I do not see any Cons as of yet, and look forward to finding none.
