I returned to college to finish my degree after taking a considerable amount of time away. Enough time to have two children that were in middle school by the time I returned. University of Central Florida made sure the transition was seamless, they were responsive and quick to answer any questions I had along the way whether concerning admissions, financial aid, or just course selections. My professors were engaging despite being completely online. I would recommend this school to anyone looking... Read More

Overall, UCF is a good university. The professors are knowledgeable and class availability is extensive. Being able to continue with my studies in a different state made the online experience pleasant, rewarding, and challenging. Most of my coursework required group assignments to ensure the material was being learned instead of completing quizzes and tests in Canvas. If you have questions about your classes or assignments, please ensure you communicate early on with your professor as they do have... Read More

Attending the University of Central Florida gave me a level of prestige in my career that I am proud of. I feel that the knowledge I gained in my degree is useful in my career. The ability to attend online removed a barrier that would have prevented me from attending otherwise. My professors were responsive and supportive.

UCF was amazing. I knew the minute I went to take a look at the college during my senior year of high school that I liked it there. The beautiful trees and lights and the environment felt not only like a college but just warming and like home. It's unfortunate that I did dual enrollment in high school because I then only spent 2 years at UCF instead. But overall I loved the classes and the teachers and just the experience there. They have so much to offer from clubs to events you see being hosted... Read More

Daily academic experience can be frustrating. Class sizes are extremely large, especially in core and prerequisite courses, which makes it difficult to feel engaged. Many lectures feel more like huge auditorium shows than actual teaching, and it’s hard to ask questions. Because of the huge classes, building rapport with professors is nearly impossible. Office hours are limited and often crowded, and interactions are usually rushed. Most pre med professors are knowledgeable but difficult to understand... Read More

UCF s****, I do not believe many of the positive reviews. It's the epitome of fast food education. Doing literally anything with UCF is a tremendous hassle because most offices are staffed by ignorant student workers who are unable to help you with whatever issue you're having. Good luck trying to call prepare to wait an hour or more to even speak to someone for them not to be helpful. I am not even trying to get in touch with them during peak times this is just day to day operations. There are 68k... Read More
