This university had received various valuable partnerships with Howard Hughes Medical Institute, which sparked my interest and subsequent career in clinical research. The course curriculum and professors were top notch and I had the privilege of working in various research labs with distinguished experts in the field, including plant molecular biology and cell biology.

I enjoyed attending the University of North Texas for many different reasons. There were a wide variety of courses available to students regardless of their major. Even though I was a science major I was able to take several different music courses and beverage survey. I felt like I could customize my degree more so than at other universities that I had previously considered. UNT is also a highly diverse campus and I got to meet people from many different countries.

When I entered college, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher so I was certain that I would be majoring in education. However, because I wanted to teach secondary education, I needed to major in my subject of choice. This... Read More

College was fun and I thought the classes were challenging. Just a little disappointed that the school was such a commuter school.
