My experience with the University of Phoenix has been very positive. One thing I appreciate most is how easy it is to contact someone when I have questions. Whether I need help with a class, financial aid, or navigating the website, I can usually reach someone quickly, and my questions are resolved without a lot of hassle.
Since I am completing all my coursework online, I also find the student portal and course pages easy to navigate. Everything is organized and straightforward, making it simple to... Read More
The instructors have been very helpful throughout my program. They respond to questions, provide additional resources when needed, and genuinely seem invested in helping students succeed.
I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to complete my coursework at my own pace within the course schedule. As someone balancing work, kids, and personal responsibilities, that flexibility has made earning my degree much more manageable. Overall, my experience has been a positive one, and I would recommend the University of Phoenix to others looking for an online education.

Being online there are some issues every once in a while. It does take them some time to figure it our but other than that my experience has been great. My enrollment specialist Taqueta Perry Washington is the greatest she has walked me thru many steps including getting my financial aid completed and filled out.

I have been doing online classes since February 2025. The University of Phoenix is the best school I have attended compared to the other schools I have attended in the past. I like the motivational messages that they send out because it keeps me going and makes me want to finish. Since enrolling, I haven't had a bad experience with anyone. All of the staff I have emcountered are very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this University to anyone.

I appreciate the classes and the instructors. However, the communication with the advisor could be more approachable. Often, when I have a quick question, it takes a day or so to receive a response, or I end up playing phone tag. Implementing an instant messaging option would be a great solution for those of us who work full-time and may not always be able to answer calls or remain on hold.

From the day I began it was very clear that I was nothing more than a dollar sign. I was hassled by my financial aid "adviser", my student counselor was not interested in my education, and the login requirements per week were the highest of any online school I've ever attended. At one point I emailed my financial aid adviser a question and it took her 11 DAYS to reply back. It was not during vacation time, it was in the middle of a semester, and if she was too busy she should have had someone else... Read More
