I really enjoyed my time at University of Pheonix because the teachers were very helpful and approachable, always willing to assist with any questions or difficulties. The classes were well-structured and engaging, which made learning enjoyable. Additionally, the class schedule was very flexible, allowing me to easily balance my studies with my part-time job and other commitments, ensuring I could manage my workload effectively.

Attending the University of Phoenix has truly been a life-changing journey for me, especially with the online option. The flexibility it offers has been a game-changer, allowing me to juggle my studies alongside work and family commitments without feeling overwhelmed.
What I really appreciate is how the courses are designed to be practical and relevant. I’ve found myself applying what I learn in real time at work, which makes the experience all the more rewarding. The professors have been fantastic—knowledgeable... Read More
The online platform itself is quite user-friendly, making it easy to navigate through materials, participate in discussions, and connect with classmates. I’ve also enjoyed the diversity of the student body. It’s been enriching to engage with peers from different backgrounds and experiences, which has broadened my perspective.
In all, my time at the University of Phoenix has not only equipped me with valuable skills for my career but has also provided me with a community of learners who inspire me. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a flexible and meaningful educational experience!

I would definitely recommend university of phoenix online to a new or continuing student because of the following; The blackboard is very easy to navigate instructions are clear and course times consistent. I feel as if I have made much more progress because of the course layout and the 5 week courses. I have attended other online schools and felt stuck but now I feel I am moving along in the program.

I would have enjoyed the classes leading to a degree in social work if the courses were geared more towards everyone not just recent high school graduates. I've been in the working world for for over 20 years and decided to switch gears. This has not been the best experience for me.

Some classes are easier than others. We have challenging assignments every week. The instructors do a good job and care about your success. I've been attending classes for just over a year. I think some of the classes are a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 for how hard they are. It requires a lot of studying to do well on exams. We have all the resources we need to succeed. There's a clear path to graduation. There's help with finding a job once you graduate. Overall I've had a challenging but good experience.... Read More

So far my experience attending University of Phoenix is by far the greatest I've experienced. I believe the flexibility of classes offered works so well as it allows especially for busy individual lifestyles. The teachers and administrators are huge supporters as well.

I wish they had more options to take more classes. The classes that they offer can only be taken once every 5 weeks while other online programs allow 3-4 in 10 weeks. They say that you can take classes to expedite your graduation date at $100 per month however, not every university accepts those if transferring. And this school doesn’t offer a masters program for social work thus I would have to transfer from the university regardless in which those credits wouldn’t be accepted.
Hi Courtnee, thank you for reaching out. We always recommend contacting the college you’re planning to transfer to in order to confirm which credits they’ll accept. You can also reach out to your Academic Counselor to follow up on potentially doubling on your classes. Feel free to email us at UOPXSocial@phoenix.edu with more details. Thank you.

It's a good school, grading system is interesting, some instructors are good and some are bad, i had to with draw from a class due to the instructor, when apply you wont be able to do redo on any assignments online either, Disability accommodations they don't really give a lot for online service, you only get extra time and extra 4 day extension only on your own assignments and no accommodations.
Hello, Mrs. Jones. We find this concerning and we'd like to offer support where we can. Please send us an email to UOPXSocial@phoenix.edu with your contact information so that we can look into this for you. Thank you.
