The Weber State University MSN Nursing program is a waste of time and money. My co-worker started and finished her MSN program through WGU in half the time and money of the Weber program. The Weber program did not even offer a survey or area for suggestions at the end of the program - they knew we all hated it. Do not go to Weber State University for your MSN.

Weber's MSN program is another version of their BSN. It is juvenile and tedious. Heavy amounts of busy work, fluff, and forced group projects. Heavy criticism and negative feedback. The student is powerless. It is a nightmare. I have spoken with coworkers in the WGU program. No group projects. I would recommend WGU.

The classes felt redundant to those in the Bachelor's program. Heavy on busy work assignments as well as forced group projects. One instructor in particular-actively discouraged independent thought with heavy criticism and continuous negative feedback. I would not recommend their MSN nursing education program. Try WGU.

The graduate program is not very well advertised within the undergrad programs. I attended WSU for my undergrad and do not feel like the professors even presented the masters program as a good option. Once they knew I was interested, they began to tell me how great it was. I believe it is a really good program but I don't believe many people know that it is offered.

I love having the hybrid program, I can still work full time, but feel I still get a good education.
