I also enjoy the flexibility of being able to complete my coursework at my own pace within the course schedule. I have been doing online classes since February 2025. The University of Phoenix is the best school I have attended compared to the other schools I have attended in the past. I like the motivational messages that they send out because it keeps me going and makes me want to finish. Since enrolling, I haven't had a bad experience with anyone. All of the staff I have emcountered are very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend this University to anyone.

I appreciate the classes and the instructors. However, the communication with the advisor could be more approachable. Often, when I have a quick question, it takes a day or so to receive a response, or I end up playing phone tag. Implementing an instant messaging option would be a great solution for those of us who work full-time and may not always be able to answer calls or remain on hold.

I just found out this 鈥渁ffordable鈥� online degree is going to cost me over $15,000. I am not happy. This is an associates degree program. I get no pay raises for this degree. I wish I never enrolled. I was mislead on the cost of this program. This degree has absolutely nothing to do with the type of work I applied for. People should know this type of degree is useless and the jobs advertising this degree as a requirement are a joke. I will never use anything I learned.

The freedom I enjoyed with Purdue University Global鈥檚 online platform was they key to my success in earning a degree. I work 60 hours a week, have three kids in school/sports, and try to be the best husband I can be. Purdue鈥檚 flexibility meant I could work on my education during my time. Boiler up!

I am a VRRAP program Veteran. I have nothing but trouble with getting "stipends" due to me from this school. I have had to call the financial aid dept. and haggle with them at each disbursement period ( thats when you can find out when that even is) and just this last time 8/31/2022, they did not give me my money at all. I am a student in the 'flex' program for AAS Business Administration. The instructors are great. The 'academic advisor' is not. The premise of the flex program is that you work at your own pace and get as many credits as you can for each 7 week period. The 'advisor' always makes me drop courses when I sign up for more than 2 for each session. Says it isn't time for me to take them, after saying choose your classes. He needs to be replaced. I haven't attended school in over 30 years. The initial advisor relaxed me and helped me past my fear of going back after not completing college years before. Now I'm in and doing great. Staff overall is responsive, available, helpful, and encouraging. I applaud them and am proud to be a student here and will be a active alumni once I graduate in January 2023.

AIU has been a god send. At least for me AIU has lived up to the sales pitch.
